- General Information These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services offered through the Agnese Alde Adventures website and booking system. By registering for excursions or purchasing services, the client agrees to these terms.
- Service Provider Agnese Alde Adventures is a licensed tour guide operating in Madeira and throughout Portugal.
- Bookings Places on excursions can be booked online or upon individual application.
- Cancellation of Excursion Bookings Cancellation of excursion bookings must be announced at least 24 hours before the excursion. The excursion may be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or the organizer’s fault, in which case the client is offered other alternatives.
- Safety and Liability Participants must follow the guide’s instructions and safety requirements. The client is responsible for their health condition and suitability to participate in physical activities. All excursions include accident insurance during the excursion in accordance with Portuguese law.
- Excursion Content Excursion routes may change due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. The organizer reserves the right to change or adapt the program to ensure safety and quality.
- Data Protection Personal information (name, email, phone) is used only for booking processing and communication. Data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases required by law.
- Intellectual Property All website and excursion content (texts, images, videos, stories) belongs to Agnese Alde Adventures, unless otherwise indicated. It may not be copied, republished, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
